The property sought to be rezoned is located at the <br />southwest corner of the intersection of Ireland Road <br />and Ironwood Road in St. Joseph County, Indiana. <br />2. It is desired and requested that this property be rezoned <br />from residential in the county to "C" use. <br />4.
