Stancati, Director of Utilities <br />SUBJECT: Ordinance for Purchase of Liquid Polyphosphates <br />The Bureau of Water is presenting an Ordinance to the Common <br />Council for the purchase of liquid polyphosphates for use by the Water Works <br />from June 1, 1978 to June 1, 1979 in the amount of $21,450.00. Said chemicals <br />are to be used for purification of water. <br />Bids were let pursuant to the Statutes of the State of Indiana <br />and were found competitive. The Contract was awarded to Watcon, Inc., South <br />Bend, Indiana by the Board of Water Works Commissioners on the 20th day of <br />March, 1978, as being the lowest and best bid.
