(-_�J $ -7)9 <br />I,- <br />AN ORDINANCE TRANSFERRING THE SUM OF <br />$1,500.00 FROM VARIOUS ACCOUNTS TO <br />VARIOUS ACCOUNTS WITHIN FA144, YOUTH <br />SERVICE BUREAU BUDGET, IN THE REVENUE <br />SHARING TRUST FUND OF THE CITY OF <br />SOUTH BEND, INDIANA. <br />STATEMENT OF PURPOSE AND INTENT: <br />In that certain extraordinary conditions have developed since <br />the adoption of the existing budget for the Youth Service Bureau it <br />is now necessary to appropriate more money than was appropriated in <br />the original budget for various functions of the Youth Service <br />Bureau to meet such extraordinary conditions; and <br />In that additional funds are needed for various accounts <br />within the Youth Service Bureau Budget, in the Revenue Sharing <br />Trust Fund to assure the Department's ability to properly perform <br />its functions; and in that a surplus exists in other various <br />accounts of said Department's budget which is not presently <br />needed. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COMP40N COUNCIL OF THE <br />CITY OF SOUTH BEND, INDIANA, AS FOLLOWS: <br />Section I. That the sum of $1,500.0.0 be transferred between <br />various accounts as set forth below: <br />REDUCE THE FOLLOWING ACCOUNT <br />Account Description Amount <br />520.0 Rents $1,500.00 <br />Total Reduction $1,500.00 <br />INCREASE THE FOLLOWING ACCOUNT <br />410.0 Building Materials $1,500.00 <br />Total Account Increase $1,500.00 <br />Section II.
