ORDINANCE NO. (c S'5.78" AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING $174,000.00 FROM LOCAL' ROAD AND STREET- SPECIAL DISTRIBUTION FUND TO PRO- JECT R & S 7803, ANGELA BOULEVARD IMPROVEMENTS, WITHIN THE LOCAL ROAD AND STREET- SPECIAL DISTRIBU- TION FUND. STATE OF PURPOSE AND INTENT: In that the 1978 session of the Indiana General Assembly enacted Public Law 58, Acts 1978, creating the Local Road and Street - Special Distribution Fund; and In that certain unsafe conditions exist along Angela Boulevard between its intersection with U.S. 31 (Michigan Street) and its intersection with Iroquois Street, certain improvements have been proposed. Funds are now needed to pay the cost of the construction of these improvements. Funds are available in the Local Road and Street - Special Distribution Fund for these purposes.
