ORDINANCE NO. S-L-200 AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING $440,000.00 FROM THE MOTOR VEHICLE HIGHWAY SPECIAL DISTRIBUTION FUND FOR VARIOUS PROGRAMS TO BE ADMINISTERED BY THE DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC WORKS.
