JACKSON <br />On July 24, 1978, the Council enacted Ordinance No. 6398 -78, <br />pertaining to the above captioned. I have this date filed a <br />new form ordinance pertaining to the project wherein I have <br />in said Section 20, specifically requested that the Council repeal <br />Ordinance No. 6398 -78, which was passed by the Common Council on <br />July 24, 1978.
