ORDINANCE N0. % q <br />AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING $6,000.00 FROM <br />THE FEDERAL ASSISTANCE GRANT, COMMONLY KNOWN <br />AS GENERAL REVENUE SHARING, FOR CERTAIN PUBLIC <br />HEALTH PROGRAMS, TO BE ADMINISTERED BY THE CITY <br />OF SOUTH BEND, THROUGH THE DEPARTMENT OF <br />ADMINISTRATION AND FINANCE. <br />STATEMENT OF PURPOSE AND INTENT: <br />Additional funds are needed by the Department of Adminis- <br />tration and Finance so it may in conjunction with the St. Joseph County <br />Health Department undertake certain rodent control projects. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COMMON COUNCIL OF <br />THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND, INDIANA, AS FOLLOWS: <br />SECTION I. The sum of $6,000.00 is hereby appropriated <br />for the year 1978 from the Federal Assistance Grant Fund commonly <br />known as the General Revenue Sharing Trust Fund. This appropriation <br />is to be administered by the Department of Administration and Finance <br />and will be distributed as set forth below: <br />PROGRAM FA 163 <br />ENVIRONMENTAL CONTROL <br />Account Description Amount <br />260.0 Services Contractual $6,000.00 <br />TOTAL FA 163 $6,000.00 <br />SECTION II.
