ORDINANCE NO. to Y a f- ;1 % <br />AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING,$49,000.00 FROM THE <br />FEDERAL ASSISTANCE GRANT, COMMONLY REFERRED TO AS <br />GENERAL REVENUE SHARING, FOR POLICE COMPUTER SER- <br />VICES, TO BE ADMINISTERED BY THE CITY OF SOUTH <br />BEND THROUGH THE POLICE DEPARTMENT. <br />WHEREAS, additional funds are needed by the Police Department <br />to insure this Department's ability to properly perform its functions dur- <br />ing the year 1978. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the Common Council of the <br />City of South Bend, Indiana, as follows: <br />SECTION I. That the sum of $49,000.00 is hereby appropriated <br />for the year 1978 from the Federal Assistance Grant Fund, commonly known <br />as the General Revenue Sharing Fund. This appropriation is to be admininstered <br />by the Police Department and will be distributed as set forth below: <br />PROGRAM FA 161 <br />CRIME REPORTING PROGRAM <br />Account Description Amount <br />262.4 Computer Services $49,000.00 <br />TOTAL FA 161 $49,000.00 <br />SECTION II.
