ORDINANCE NO. (ryas w 28' AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING $50,000 FROM THE ANTI - RECESSION FUND, COMMONLY REFERRED TO AS COUNTER - CYCLICAL GRANT, FOR THE PURCHASE OF DIESEL FUEL AND GASOLINE, TO BE ADMINISTERED BY THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND, THROUGH ITS DEPARTMENT OF ADMINISTRATION AND FINANCE. STATEMENT OF PURPOSE AND INTENT. Additional funds are needed to administer certain programs and to ensure the City's ability to properly perform its functions during the year 1978. Without these funds, the City would have to curtail certain programs. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND, INDIANA, AS FOLLOWS: SECTION I. The sum of $50,000 is hereby appropriated for the year 1978 from the Anti - Recession Fund, commonly known as the Counter - Cyclical Grant. This appropriation is to be administered by the Department of Adminis- tration and Finance as set forth below: PROGRAM AR 10 GASOLINE AND DIESEL FUEL ACCOUNT DESCRIPTION AMOUNT 321.0 .
