ORDINANCE NO.tq (q- 2& <br />AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING $45,000.00 FROM THE <br />FEDERAL ASSISTANT GRANT, COMMONLY REFERRED TO <br />AS GENERAL REVENUE SHARING, FOR THE PURCHASE <br />OF FUEL, TO BE ADMINISTERED BY THE CITY OF SOUTH;-: <br />BEND THROUGH THE DEPARTMENT OF ADMINISTRATION <br />AND FINANCE. <br />WHEREAS, additional funds are needed by the Bureau of Building <br />Maintenance to insure this Department's ability to properly perform its <br />functions during the year 1978.,."' <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the Common Council of the <br />City of South Bend, Indiana, as follows: <br />SECTION I. That the sum of $45,000.00 is hereby appropriated for <br />the year 1978 from the Federal Assistance Grant Fund, commonly known as the <br />General Revenue Sharing Fund. This appropriation is to be administered by <br />the Department of Administration & Finance and will be distributed as set <br />forth below: <br />PROGRAM FA 162 <br />GASOLINE AND DIESEL FUEL <br />Account Description Amount <br />321.0 Gasoline $45,000.00 <br />TOTAL FA 162 $45,000.00 <br />SECTION II.
