As you may recall, on June 29, 1978, the Common Council passed an ordinance appropriating $20,000 of 1977 CD monies to rehabilitate the Southeast Neighborhood Center. On that evening I indicated the Administration would request an estimated $4,000 supplemental appropriation for this facility at a later date - -the additional costs resulting from the upward revision of our cost estimate. Since that time we have further revised our estimate. We now find that a supplemental appropriation of $7,000 is necessary. We respectfully request your favorable consideration of this matter.
