<br />FOR THE PURPOSE OF RAISING REVENUE TO MEET THE NECESSARY EXPENSE FOR THE FISCAL YEAR ENDING DECEMBER 31, 1968"

<br />JANUARY 1, 1968, AND ENDING DECEMBER 31, 1968, INCLUDING
<br />DEPARTMENTS, FUNDS, AND COMMISSIONS FOR WHICH.MONEY IS
<br />APPROPRIATED IN WHOLE OR IN PART, FROM THE GENERAL FUND AND
