Motion carried. <br />PETITION <br />I, the undersigned, hereby respectfully make application and petition the Common Council of the City of South <br />Bend, Indiana to amend the zoning Ordinance of the City of South Bend, as hereinafter requested, and in support <br />of this application, the following facts are shown: <br />1. The property sought to be rezoned is located at South Bend, Indiana, located on the East side of Michigan <br />Street and being the block area bounded by Donmoyer Avenue, on the North, St. Joseph Street on the East, <br />Farneman Avenue on the South and Michigan Street on the West. <br />2. The property is owned by Rosbro Realty Corporation <br />3. A legal description of the property is as follows: <br />A tract of land described as a part of Lots "A" and "B" as shown on the recorded Plat of Whitcomb and <br />Keller's Beverly Heights 2nd Addition to the City of South Bend, St. Joseph County, Indiana, recorded in <br />Plat Book 12, Page 182 in the Recorder's Office of said County. Said tract is bounded by a line running as <br />follows: <br />Beginning at the North West Corner of Lot "A "; thence East along the North Line of said lot and the South <br />Line of Donmoyer Avenue 308.00 feet; thence at an angle of exactly 90 degrees, Southerly 129.38 feet; <br />thence at an angle of 90 degrees Westerly and parallel with the South line of Donmoyer Avenue 320.61 feet <br />to the Easterly Line of South Michigan Street; thence at an angle North 84 degrees 26 minutes East along <br />the Easterly Line of Michigan Street 130.00 feet to the intersection of the South line of Donmoyer Avenue <br />and the Easterly Line of Michigan, which is the North West Corner of Lot "A" and the place of beginning. <br />4.
