KNEW <br />L OmtARM •. <br />RESOLUTION NO. 157 -67 <br />WHEREAS, God in his infinite wisdom, has called from this life, <br />WILLIAM E. MILLS, former attorney for the Area Plan <br />Commission, <br />WHEREAS, his untimely death has brought much grief and sorrow <br />to his bereaved family and many friends, <br />I NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED 'that we, the members of the <br />Common Council, hereby extend to Mrs. Mills, <br />and to the other members of the family our sincere <br />sympathy in this their deepest hour of sorrow; and <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that a page be set aside in the Council <br />Records in the City of South Bend and this Resolution <br />be copied thereon and a copy duly certified by the <br />Clerk be sent to Mrs. Mills and family. <br />/s/ John V.
