Motion carried, 5 ayes, (Councilmen Hunter, Palmer, Geib, Smith and Laven), 4 nays, <br />(Councilmen Allen, Wise, Szymkowiak and Muszynski). <br />There being no further business before the Committee of the Whole, Councilman Allen made a motion to rise and <br />report to the Council.
