ORDINANCE$,THIRD READING ORDINANCE NO. 4852 -66 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 40, SECTION 40 -14 OF THE MUNICIPAL CODE OF THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND, INDIANA, 1962, ALSO KNOWN AS ORDINANCE NUMBER 3702, ADOPTED BY THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND, INDIANA, ON THE 14th DAY OF OCTOBER, 1963, AND KNOWN AS THE ZONING ORDINANCE IN THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND. (Location: 800 Block N. Twyckenham) The Ordinance was given third reading and passed by a roll call vote of 8 ayes (Councilmen Hunter, Allen, Palmer, Geib, Szymkowiak,, Laven, Smith and Muszynski, 1 nay (Councilman Wise);0 absent. ORDINANCE AN ORDINANCE AMENDING AND SUPPLEMENTING ZONING ORDINANCE NO. 3702 AS HERETOFORE AMENDED AND SUPPLEMENTED.(Location: 3000 E. McKinley) The Ordinance was given third reading and defeated by a roll call vote of 5 ayes (Councilman Allen, Palmer, Szymkowiak, Smith and Muszynski) 4 nays (Councilmen Hunter, Wise, Geib and Laven) 0 absent (Seven votes being required for passage) ORDINANCE NO. 4851 -66 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 9, SECTION 3, SUBSECTIONS (15) AND (16) OF THE MUNICIPAL CODE OF THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND, INDIANA, 1962 (Fire Districts) The Ordinance was given third reading and passed by a roll call vote of 9 ayes, 0 nays, 0 absent. ORDINANCE, FIRST AND SECOND READING ORDINANCE AN ORDINANCE FOR ADDITIONAL APPROPRIATION FROM THE GENERAL PARK FUND IN THE AMOUNT OF $11,000.00 TO ACCOUNT 251 (REPAIRS TO BUILDINGS AND STRUCTURES), AND 51 (INSURANCE & PREMIUMS) The Ordinance was given first reading by title and second reading in full. Councilman Szymkowiak made a motion that the Ordinance be set for public hearing June 13, 1966. Councilman Palmer seconded the motion. Motion carried.
