NEW BUSINESS <br />Councilman Laven announced that there have been several dogs reported running loose in his district. He then <br />read a section of the Municipal Code, Chapter 5, Article II, pertaining to Dogs. Councilman Palmer <br />suggested that a letter be sent to the Humane Society of South Bend informing them of the matter, and <br />calling their attention to Sections 5- 8,5 -10 and 5 -13 of Chapter 5, Article II, of the Municipal Code. <br />President Hunter instructed the Clerk to send such a communication. <br />There being no further business before the Council, the meeting was adjourned.
