ORDINANCES, FIRST AND SECOND READING AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 40, SECTION 40 -14 OF THE MUNICIPAL CODE OF THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND, INDIANA, 1962, ALSO KNOWN AS ORDINANCE NUMBER 3702, ADOPTED BY THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND, INDIANA, ON THE 14th DAY OF OCTOBER, 1963, AND KNOWN AS.'THE ZONING ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND. (Location: 800 Block N. Twyckenham) The Ordinance was given first reading by title and second reading in full. Councilman Smith made a motion that the Ordinance be set for public hearing on May 9, 1966. Councilman Szymkowiak seconded the motion. Councilman Smith then withdrew his motion, and made a motion that the Ordinance be given public hearing on May 25, 1966. Councilman Szymkowiak seconded the motion. Motion carried.
