(12) in <br />Rockstroh Bros. Addition to the City of South Bend, and each lot is presently <br />zoned as follows: <br />Lot 10 "C" Commercial and "C" Heighth and Area <br />Lot <br />11 <br />"C" <br />Commercial <br />and <br />"C" <br />Heighth--arid <br />'Area <br />Lot <br />12 <br />"C" <br />Commerdial <br />and <br />"E" <br />Heighth and <br />Area <br />The three lots are situated at the Southeast corner of Bartlett and North <br />Michigan Streets, South Bend, Indiana, and comprise a. tract of land one <br />hundred thirty -five (135) feet in width, North and South, fronting on Michigan <br />Street, and one hundred sixty -five (165) feet.in length, East and West, on <br />Bartlett Street. <br />The undersigned respectfully requests that the aforedescribed three lots be <br />rezoned from "C" and "E" Heighth and Area to "G" Heighth and Area so that the <br />same can be used for the erection of a building thereon not to exceed bne - hundred <br />fiftyr-.(150) feet or twelve (12) stories in heighth. The maximum heighth of any <br />building which may now be erected on Lots Ten (10) and Eleven (11) is eighty -five <br />(85) feet or seven (7) stories; and on Lot Twelve (12) is forty (40) feet or.three (3) <br />stories. <br />Respectfully, <br />/s/ Thomas L.
