Councilman Geib made a motion that, AN ORDINANCE REPEALING CHAPTER 12 OF THE MUNICIPAL CODE OF THE <br />CITY OF SOUTH BEND, INDIANA, 1962, BEING ORDINANCE NO. 4091 RELATING TO FAIR EMPLOYMENT PRACTICES, <br />be set over for consideration at the September 27th meeting. Councilman Palmer seconded the <br />motion. Motion carried. <br />BNFINISHED BUSINESS <br />Councilman Muszynski made a motion fbr' first and second reading of a tabled Ordinance to re -zone the <br />South East corner of Portage and Kinyon Streets. Motion lost for want of a second. <br />Councilman Smith made a motion that since there would be no meeting on September 13th, AN ORDINANCE <br />AMENDING CHAPTER 16, SECTION 28 OF ORDINANCE NO. 4608 -63, BEING THE MUNICIPAL CODE OF THE CITY OF <br />SOUTH BEND, INDIANA, 1962, REVOKING ANY AND ALL PROVISIONS IN CONFLICT THEREOF, SECTIONS 16 -28, <br />TRANSPORTING MATERIALS FROM OUTSIDE TO WITHIN THE CITY, be re- scheduled for public hearing on <br />September 27th, 1965. Councilman Allen seconded the motion. Motion carried. <br />There being no further business to come before the Council, Councilman Geib made a motion to adjourn. <br />Councilman Smith seconded the motion.
