REGULAR MEETING AUGUST 9, 1965 <br />Be it remembered that the Common Council of the City of South Bend, Indiana, met in Regular Session in the <br />Council Chambers in the City Hall on Monday, August 9, 1965, at 8:31 P.M., with all members present except <br />Councilmen Palmer and Glass.
