REGULAR MEETING M1 GAF 17UJ <br />RESOLUTION NO. 99 - -65 (Continued) <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND, That the total <br />sum of $100.00 be transferred from Accounts designated in paragraphs numbered 1 and 2 above; that said sum <br />be transferred to the following accounts, to -wit: <br />A. Fifty Dollars ($50.00) be transferred to Account L -212 designated as Services <br />Contractual, Postage; and <br />B. Fifty Dollars ($50,00) be transferred to Account L -241 designated as Services <br />Contractual, Printing other than office supplies. <br />/s/ Albert E. Palmer <br />Member of the Common Council <br />Resolution adopted by a roll call vote of 8 ayes - 1 absent (Councilman Glass). <br />UNFINISHED BUSINESS <br />Councilman Muszynski asked that the City take action to protect motorists at the Olive and Sample Street <br />railroad crossing and to solve a "sandstorm" problem in the 1900 block of Sample Street. <br />There being no further business before the Council, Councilman Wise made a motion to adjourn.
