South Bend Central Development Area <br />There was no business in the South Bend Central Development Area. <br />B. Airport Economic Development Area <br />(1) Additional survey and engineering services for Ignition Park Major Subdivision <br />Mr. Kain noted that on October 25, 2011, the Redevelopment Commission approved a <br />proposal from Danch, Hamer & Associates, Inc. for survey and engineering services related <br />to the Ignition Park Major Subdivision. The proposal was approved in the amount of <br />$23,295. <br />
