REGULAR MEETING OCTOBER 26 1964 <br />REPORT OF COMMITTEE OF THE WHOLE <br />To the Common Council of the City of South Bend: October 26, 1964 <br />Your Committee of the Whole to whom was referred "AN ORDINANCE AMENDING AND SUPPLEMENTING ZONING ORDINANCE NO. <br />3702 ". (Location: Washington, Laurel, Napier and Walnut Sts.) <br />Respectfully report that they have examined the matter and that in their opinion this ordinance go to the Council <br />as favorable. <br />/s/ Edwin Thomas Smith, Chairman <br />Councilman Glass made a motion that the report be accepted and placed on file. Councilman Szymkowiak seconded <br />the motion. Motion carried. <br />REPORT OF COMMITTEE, OF THE WHOLE <br />To the Common Council of the City of South Bend: October 26, 1964 <br />Your Committee of the Whole to whom was referred "AN ORDINANCE ADDING SECTION 9 TO ORDINANCE NO. 4207 ENTITLED <br />"AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE INCREASE OF SEWAGE SERVICE CHARGES TO ALL USERS OF CITY SEWER SERVICE OR CITY <br />WATER SERVICE FOR THE PURPOSE OF REPAIR AND /OR REPLACEMENT OF WATER SERVICE LINES, SHUT -OFF BOXES AND WATER <br />METER MANHOLES ", AS AMENDED BY ORDINANCE NO. 4260 ". <br />Respectfully report that they have examined the matter and that in their opinion this ordinance go to the <br />Council as favorable. <br />/s/ Edwin Thomas Smith, Chairman <br />Councilman Geib made a motion that the report be accepted and placed on file. Councilman Palmer seconded the <br />motion. Motion carried. <br />REPORT OF COMMITTEE OF THE WHOLE <br />To the Common Council of the City of South Bend: October 26, 1964 <br />Your Committee of the Whole to whom was referred "AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING ($3,000.00) TO THE SEWER DEPARTMENT <br />FOR THE REPAIRS TO SEWER REPLACEMENT; SAID ($3,000.00) TO BE A TRANSFER FROM ACCOUNT J -12 INTO ACCOUNT J -262, <br />ALL BEING IN THE GENERAL FUND ". <br />Respectfully report that they have examined the matter and that in their opinion this ordinance go to the <br />Council as favorable. <br />/s/ Edwin Thomas Smith, Chairman <br />Councilman Allen made a motion that the report be accepted and placed on file.
