119 <br />Be it remembered that the Common Council of the City of South Bend, Indiana, met in the Committee of Whole in <br />the Council Chambers in the City Hall on Monday, April 13, 1964, at 8:00 P.M., with all members present except <br />Councilman Wise. The meeting was called to order by Councilman Edwin T. Smith, Chairman, who presided. <br />ORDINANCE <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING AND SUPPLEMENTING ZONING ORDINANCE NO. 3702 <br />(142 So. Meade Street) <br />This being the time heretofore set for public hearing on the above Ordinance, proponents and opponents were given <br />an opportunity to be heard thereon. Speaking in favor of the proposed Ordinance was Mr. J. Chester Allen, Attorn <br />for Mr. DeWitt Marshall, and several homeowners. Councilman Muszynski made a motion that the ordinance go to the <br />Council as favorable. Councilman Geib seconded the motion. Motion carried. <br />ORDINANCE <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING AND SUPPLEMENTING ZONING <br />ORDINANCE NO. 3702, AS AMENDED. <br />(Kemble, Webster, Dubail & Bruce Streets) <br />This being the time heretofore set for public hearing on the above Ordinance, proponents and opponents were given <br />an opportunity to be heard thereon. Councilman Glass made a motion that the ordinance go to the Council as <br />favorable. Councilman Hunter seconded the motion. Motion carried. <br />ORDINANCE <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING AND SUPPLEMENTING ZONING ORDINANCE N0. 3702 <br />(Webster, Swygart, Prairie & Donald Sts.) <br />This being the time heretofore set for public hearing on the above Ordinance, proponents and opponents were given <br />an opportunity to be heard thereon. Councilman Muszynski made a motion that the ordinance go to the Council as <br />favorable. Councilman Palmer seconded the motion. Motion carried. <br />ORDINANCE <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING AND SUPPLEMENTING ZONING ORDINANCE NO. 3702 <br />(Notre Dame, Napoleon and 5 lots West of Lawrence St.) <br />This being the time heretofore set,for.public hearing on the above Ordinance; proponents and opponents were given <br />an opportunity to be.heard. thereon. Councilman Hunter .made a motion that the ordinance go to the Council as <br />favorable. Councilman.Muszynski.seconded the motion. Motion carried.- <br />ORDINANCE <br />AN ORDINANCE FOR ADDITIONAL APPROPRIATION IN THE PARK DEPT. 7- $375.00 <br />This being the time heretofore set for public hearing on the above ordinance, proponents and opponents were given <br />an opportunity to be heard thereon. Councilman Muszynski made a motion that the ordinance be held over until <br />April 27th and Mr. Paul Boehm be notified to attend the meeting. Councilman Hunter seconded the motion.
