REGMAR MEETING <br />MARCH 9, 1964 <br />Be it remembered that the Common Council of the City of South Bend, Indiana, met in Regular Session in the Council <br />Chambers in the City Hall on Monday, March 9, 1964, at 9:20 P.M., with all members present. The meeting was called <br />to order by President John L. Hunter Jr., who presided. <br />ROLL CALL <br />PRESENT: Councilmen Hunter, Allen, Palmer, Wise, Geib, Szymkowiak, <br />Glass, Smith and Muszynski. <br />ABSENT: None. <br />
