Be it remembered that the Common Council of the City of South Bend, Indiana, met in the Committee of the Whole <br />in the Council Chambers in the City Hall on Monday, February 24, 1964 at 8 :00 P.M., with all members present. <br />The meeting was called to order by Councilman Edwin T. Smith, Chairman, who presided. <br />ORDINANCE <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING AND SUPPLEMENTING ZONING ORDINANCE NO. 3702 <br />(142 So. Meade Street) <br />Due to the absence of Mr. J. Chester Allen, who is representing Mr. DeWitt Marshall, the petitioner, Councilman <br />Muszynski made a motion that the ordinance be reset for public hearing on March 23rd, 1964. Councilman Glass <br />seconded the motion. Motion carried. <br />There being no further business before the Committee of the Whole, Councilman Hunter made a motion to adjourn. <br />Councilman Geib seconded the motion.
