REGULAR MEETING <br />NOVEMBER 25, 1963 <br />Be it remembered that the Common Council of the City of South Bend, Indiana, met in Regular Session in the Council <br />Chambers in the City.Hall on Monday, November 25, 1963, at 8 :11 P.M., with all members present except Councilman L <br />The meeting was called to order by President Joseph T. Kroll, who presided. <br />TMT.T. PATT - <br />PRESENT: Councilmen Kroll, Allen, Ladewski, Tellson, Coleman,-° Glass, Krueper and'Muszynski. <br />ABSENT: Councilman Lehman. <br />REPORT OF THE COMMITTEE OF THE WHOLE <br />To the Common Council of the :City of South Bend: <br />Your Committee of the Whole respectfully reports that,upon motion duly made by Councilman Kroll, seconded by Councilmar, <br />Muszynski and unanimously carried, due to the assassination of PRESIDENT JOHN FITZGERALD KENNEDY, and the fact that <br />the City, State and Nation have declared this a day of mourning, all business pertaining to the Committee of the Whole <br />on the agenda today be taken up at the next meeting of the Council. <br />/s/ Eugene Ladewski, Acting Chairman <br />November 25, 1963 <br />Councilman Tellson made a motion to accept the report and place it on file. Councilman Ladewski seconded the motion. <br />Motion carried. <br />President Kroll_ requested the Council and others present in the chambers to stand for a moment of silent prayer in <br />memory of.President John Fitzgerald Kennedy. <br />The Clerk then read the following Resolution: <br />s <br />
