COMMITTEE OF THE WHOLE MEETING <br />REGULAR MEETING <br />NOVEMBER 25, 1963 <br />In the absence of Councilman T. W. Lehman, Chairman of the Committee of the Whole, President Joseph T. Kroll, <br />appointed Councilman Eugene Ladewski as Acting Chairman of the Committee of the Whole. <br />Be it remembered that the Common Council of the City of South Bend, Indiana, met in the Committee of the Whole in <br />the Council Chambers on Monday, November 25, 1963, at 8:09 P.M., with all members present except Councilman Lehman. <br />The meeting was called to order by Acting Chairman Eugene Ladewski, <br />Councilman Kroll made a motion that due to the assassination of PRESIDENT JOHN FITZGERALD KENNEDY,-and the fact that <br />the::City,_State and Nation have declared this a day of mourning, all business pertaining to the Committee of the <br />Whole on the agenda today be taken up at the next meeting of the Council. Councilman Muszynski seconded the motion. <br />Motion carried. <br />There being no further business to come before the Committee of the Whole, Councilman Coleman made a motion to adjourn <br />Councilman Glass seconded the motion.
