614 REGULAR MEETING REPORT OF THE COMMITTEE OF THE WHOLE To the Common Council of the City of South Bend: OCTOBER 28, 1963 Your Committee of the Whole, to whom was referred AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NQ. 3702 COMMONLY KNOWN AS THE ZONING ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND, INDIANA, AS AMENDED (Section 23 -(d),) Respectfully report that they have examined the matter and that in their opinion IT SHOULD BE REPORTED FAVORABLE. /s/ T. W. Lehman, Chairman October 28, 1963 Councilman Muszynski made a motion that the report be accepted and placed on file. Councilman Lehman seconded the motion. Motion carried. ORDINANCE NO. 4609 - - -63 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 3702 COMMONLY KNOWN AS THE ZONING ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND, INDIANA, AS AMENDED (Section 23 -d) The Ordinance was given third reading and passed by a roll call vote of 9 ayes, 0 nays. ORDINANCE NO. 4610 - - -63 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 3702 COMMONLY KNOWN AS THE ZONING ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND, INDIANA, AS AMENDED (Section 23 -c) The Ordinance was given third reading and passed by a roll call vote of 9 ayes, 0 nays. ORDINANCE NO. 4611 - - -63 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING AND SUPPLEMENTING ZONING ORDINANCE NO. 3702, AS AMENDED (Land bounded by Jacob, Arthur, Sorin and McKinley) The Ordinance, as amended, was given third reading and passed by a roll call vote of 9 ayes, 0 nays. RESOLUTION RESOLUTION FOR ADDITIONAL APPROPRIATIONS IN THE GENERAL FUND, $400.00; AND THE TRANSFER OF SAME FROM ONE ACCOUNT TO ANOTHER IN THE SAME CATEGORY OF THE GENERAL FUND The Resolution was read by the Clerk. Miss Virginia Guthrie asked for an explanation of the request. Councilman Lehman made a motion that the Resolution be set over until the November 12, 1963 meeting of the Council. Council Muszynski seconded the motion. Motion carried. 4 L'QnT 7"TnTT RESOLUTION FOR ADDITIONAL APPROPRIATIONS IN THE GENERAL FUND, $500.00, AND THE TRANSFER OF SAME FROM ONE ACCOUNT TO ANOTHER IN THE SAME CATEGORY OF THE GENERAL FUND Councilman Lehman made a motion that action on this Resolution be deferred until the November 12, 1963 meeting of the Council. Councilman Muszynski seconded the motion. Motion carried.
