COMMITTEE OF THE WHOLE MEETING <br />REGULAR MEETING <br />ORDINANCE <br />OCTOBER 28, 1963 <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 3702, COMMONLY KNOWN AS THE <br />ZONING ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND, INDIANA, AS AMENDED <br />(Section 23 -0 <br />613 <br />This being the time heretofore set for public hearing on the above Ordinance, proponents and opponents were given an <br />opportunity to be heard thereon. Councilman Coleman made a motion that the Ordinance go to the Council as favorable. <br />Councilman Allen seconded the motion. Motion carried. <br />ORDINANCE <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING AND SUPPLEMENTING ZONING ORDINANCE NO. <br />3702, (Land bounded by Kacob, Arthur, Sorin and McKinley) <br />This being the time heretofore set for public hearing on the above Ordinance, proponents and opponents were given <br />an opportunity to be heard thereon. Councilman Krueper made a motion to exclude Lots l and 2 from this Ordinance. <br />Councilman Ladewski seconded the motion. Motion carried. <br />Councilman Allen made a motion that the Ordinance, as amended, go to the Council as favorable. Councilman Kroll <br />seconded the motion. Motion carried. <br />There being no further business to come before the Committee of the Whole, Councilman Glass made a motion to adjourn. <br />Councilman Kroll seconded the motion.
