REPORT OF THE CITY PLANNING COMMISSION September 13, 1963 The Honorable Common Council City of South Bend South Bend, Indiana Gentlemen: The attached petition of the Estate of Dean Tasher to rezone from "A" Residential Use and "A" Height and Area to "B" Residential Use and "B" Height and Area District the property generally described as bounded on the east by St. Joseph Street, on the west by Michigan Street, on the north by Donmoyer Avenue, and on the south by Farneman Avenue was legally advertised under date of August 26, 1963 and given public hearing on September 5, 1963. The following action was taken: After due :consideration the Commission found that the requested zoning was the most desirable for the property and area in question. It was therefore duly moved, seconded, and unanimously carried that the petition be recommended favorably to the Council. Very truly yours, CITY PLANNING COMMISSION /s/ Robert L. Huff Robert L. The following action was taken: After due consideration the Commission found "A" Residential zoning to be in the best inerest of the subject property. The following action was taken: After due consideration the Commission found "A" Residantial zoning to be in the best interest of the subject property.
