REPORT OF THE CITY PLANNING COMMISSION <br />September 13, 1963 <br />The Honorable Common Council <br />City of South Bend <br />South Bend, Indiana <br />Gentlemen: <br />The attached petition of the Estate of Dean Tasher to rezone from "A" Residential Use and "A" Height and Area to <br />"B" Residential Use and "B" Height and Area District the property generally described as bounded on the east by St. <br />Joseph Street, on the west by Michigan Street, on the north by Donmoyer Avenue, and on the south by Farneman Avenue <br />was legally advertised under date of August 26, 1963 and given public hearing on September 5, 1963. The following <br />action was taken: <br />After due :consideration the Commission found that the requested zoning was the most desirable for the <br />property and area in question. It was therefore duly moved, seconded, and unanimously carried that the <br />petition be recommended favorably to the Council. <br />Very truly yours, <br />CITY PLANNING COMMISSION <br />/s/ Robert L. The following action was taken: <br />After due consideration the Commission found "A" Residential zoning to be in the best inerest of the <br />subject property. The following action was taken: <br />After due consideration the Commission found "A" Residantial zoning to be in the best interest of the subject <br />property.
