SPECIAL MEETING - -- COMMITTEE OF THE WHOLE <br />JULY 29, 1963 <br />Be it remembered that this date having been set by the Council at the July 22, 1963, meeting, as the date for a <br />Special Meeting of the Comm Council, the Council met in the Committee of the Whole. The Meeting was called to <br />order by Councilman T. W. Lehman, Chairman of the Committee of the Whole. All members were present. The meeting <br />convened at 8:04 P.M. <br />ORDINANCE <br />AN ORDINANCE FIXING MAXIMUM SALARIES OF APPOINTED OFFICERS <br />AND EMPLOYEES OF THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND, INDIANA, FOR THE <br />YEAR 1964 <br />This being the time previously set for public hearing on the above Ordinance, proponents and opponents were given <br />an opportunity to be heard thereon. Miss:..Virginia Guthrie, Executive Secretary of the Civic Planning Association, <br />was heard. <br />Councilman Kroll made a motion the Ordinance go to the Council.as favorable. Councilman Muszynski seconded the <br />motion. Motion carried. <br />There being no further business to come before the Committee of the Whole, Councilman Muszynski made a motion to <br />adjourn.
