AGENDA <br />SOUTH BEND ANIMAL CARE & CONTROL SPECIAL COMMITTEE <br />The next meeting of the SBAC3 will take place this Thursday, July 25, 2013 at <br />5:30 p.m. in the Informal Council Chambers. Here is an update on what we have <br />and will cover: <br />1. We have completed sections 91.001 - 91.002. Amended copies of these <br />sections will be provided. <br />2. On Thursday we will review sections 91.015 - 91.033 which will include: <br />adding anti - tethering language, animal hoarding issues and policies to <br />address animal fighting. <br />3. We will postpone review of Section 91.003 until Chapter revision has been <br />completed. In the interim, we will be requesting guidance from both the <br />Department of Code as well as Administration & Finance in terms of a <br />cost - benefit analysis of said policies. <br />4. We will set meeting schedule for August. <br />5. Miscellaneous matters <br />
