COMMITTEE OF THE WHOLE MEETING <br />JUNE 24, 1963 <br />569 <br />Be it rememberd that on the 24th day of June, 1963, in the absence of Councilman T. W. Lehman, Chairman of the <br />Committee of the Whole, President Joseph T. Kroll opened the meeting and appointed Councilman Harold Coleman to <br />act as Chairman of the Committee of the Whole Meeting. Councilman Coleman called the meeting to order at 8:12 P.M. <br />All members were present except Councilmen Tellson, Glens; LeHmen, and - Xiiszynski. <br />ORDINANCE <br />AN ORDINANCE FOR ADDITIONAL APPROPRIATIONS IN THE BUILDING DEPARTMENT <br />FUND - $265.00 <br />Councilman Krueper made a motion to amend the Ordinance: as follows: That the word "FUND" be stricken in the 'title; <br />and'in.Sections 2'and „3, the.words: "General"Fund'.' be.added:_before the Words.' "Building Department" amd.the word "FUND" <br />be. stricken.: Councilmen Kroll-seconded the motion. Motion carried. <br />Proponents and opponents were given an opportunity to be heard. Mr. Louis Smogor, Building Commissioner, explained <br />the request for transfer of funds. <br />Councilman Kroll made a motion that the Ordinance, as amended, go to the Council as favorable. Councilman Allen <br />i <br />seconded the motion. Motion carried. <br />There being no further business to come before the Committee of the Whole, Councilman Kroll made a motion to adjourn. <br />Councilman Allen seconded the motion.
