COMMITTEE OF THE WHOLE MEETING <br />FEBRUARY 25, 1963 <br />Be it remembered that the Common Council of the City of South Bend, Indiana, met in the Committee of the Whole in <br />the Council Chambers in the City Hall on Monday, February 25, 1963, at 8:05 P.M., with all members present except <br />Councilman Muszynski. The meeting was called to order by Councilman T. W. Lehman, Chairman, who presided. <br />ORDINANCE <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING AND SUPPLEMENTING ZONING ORDINANCE NO. 3702 <br />(Lathrop east of Huey Street) <br />This being the time heretofore set for public hearing on the above Ordinance, proponents and opponents were given <br />an opportunity to be heard thereon. Councilman Allen asked if: there- Vere-- .remonstrators,preseint at`the.hearing be- <br />gore Itbe` City. Planning Commission; There were none. - ..Councilmafi_Kroll::m.de a motion that the Ordinance go to the <br />Council as favorable. Councilman Ead&wski seconded the motion. Motion carried. <br />ORDINANCE <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING AND SUPPLEMENTING ZONING ORDINANCE NO. 3702 <br />(Four corners of Olive and Hamilton) <br />This being the time heretofore set for public hearing on the above Ordinance, proponents and opponents were given <br />an opportunity to be heard thereon. Speaking against the proposed Ordinance were Mr. Paul Noens, 1006 Bryan Street <br />and Mr. Peterson, both owners of parcels of subject property. Councilman Allen moved that the Ordinance go to the <br />Council as unfavorable. Councilman Glass seconded the motion. Councilman Tellson also seconded the motion. Motion <br />carried. <br />ORDINANCE <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING AND SUPPLEMENTING ZONING ORDINANCE NO. 3702 <br />(Woodland, Elwood, Ardmore Trail and Sheridan) <br />This being the time heretofore set for public hearing on the above - Ordinance, proponents and opponents were given <br />an opportunity to be heard thereon. Councilman Kroll made a motion that the Ordinance be recommended favorably to <br />the Council. Councilman Coleman seconded the motion. Motion carried. <br />ORDINANCE <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING AND SUPPLEMENTING ZONING ORDINANCE NO. 3702 <br />(East side of Olive Street between Lathrop and Pershing) <br />This being the time heretofore set for public hearing on the above Ordinance, proponents and opponents were given <br />an opportunity to be heard thereon. Councilman Tellson made a motion that the Ordinance go 'to the Council as <br />favorable. Councilman Ladewski seconded the motion. Motion carried. <br />There being no further business to come before the Committee of the Whole, Councilman Glass made e-a motion to adjourn. <br />Councilman Coleman seconded the motion.
