501 <br />COMMITTEE OF THE WHOLE MEETING <br />REGULAR MEETING <br />OCTOBER 22, 1962 <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING AND SUPPLEMENTING ZONING ORDINANCE NO. 3702, AS <br />HERETOFORE AMENDED AND SUPPLEMENTED (Land on Edison approximately 1200 <br />feet West of Hickory) <br />is being the time heretofore set for public hearing on the above Ordinance, proponents and opponents were given an <br />portunity to be heard thereon. Councilman Kroll made a motion that the Ordinance to to the Council as favorable. <br />uncilman Glass seconded the motion. Motion carried. <br />DINANCE <br />AN ORDINANCE TO REPEAL ORDINANCE NO. 4373 - - -61 (Airport Annexation) <br />is being the time heretofore set for public hearing on the above Ordinance, proponents and opponents were given an <br />portunity to be heard thereon. Councilman'-Kroll made a motion that the Ordinance go to the Council as favorable. <br />uncilman Glass seconded the motion.. Motion carried. <br />AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND SECTION 6.0 SUBSECTION 6.2, AND SECTION 10.0 <br />OF ORDINANCE NO. 4421 - - -6231 AS AMENDED (Television Ordinance) <br />is being the time heretofore set for public hearing on the above Ordinance, proponents and opponents were given <br />opportunity to be heard thereon. Councilman Allen made a motion that the Ordinance go to the Council as favorable. <br />uncilman Kroll seconded the motion. Motion carried. <br />here being no further business to come before the Committee of the Whole, Councilman Glass made a motion to adjourn. <br />ouncilman Muszynski seconded the motion.
