COMMUNICATION -FROM MAYOR 3RUGGNER (continued) <br />be destroyed and damaged. It is therefore necessary that we take immediate steps for the removal of all tree stumps' <br />from the parkways at the cost of the Civil City and the Park Department. <br />I have, therefore, requested that an Ordinance be introduced at your meeting on Monday, May 14, 1962, making certain <br />funds available for this emergency. S -265 EMERGENCY REMOVAL OF TREES AND STUMPS <br />AFFECTING STREETS AND TRAFFIC $15,000.00 <br />The Ordinance was given first reading by title and second reading in full. Councilman Allen made a motion that the <br />Ordinance be set for public hearing on June 11, 1962. Councilman Glass seconded the motion. Motion carried. <br />ORDINANCE NO. 4463 - - -62 (Superceded by Ordinance No. ) <br />AN ORDINANCE FOR APPROPRIATIONS IN THE SANITATION FUND - $15,767.55 <br />The Ordinance was given first reading by title and second reading in full. Councilman Lehman made a motion for <br />suspension of rules. Councilman Allen seconded the motion. Motion carried by a roll call vote of 8 ayes, O nays, <br />1 absent (Councilman Ladewski). The Ordinance was then given third reading and passed by a roll call vote of <br />8 ayes, 0 nays, 1 absent (Councilman Ladewski). <br />NOTE THIS ORDINANCE WAS NOT SIGNED BY THE MAYOR. SUPERCEDED BY ORDINANCE NO. PASSED ON <br />1962. <br />
