REPORT OF PLANNING COMMISSION (continued) described as consisting of two lots at the northwest and southwest corners of Bryan Street and Crestwood Boulevard, said parcel containing .6.acres, more or less, was legally advertised under date of March 26, 1962 and given public hearing on April 5, 1962. The following action was taken: After due consideration the Commission found that the six determinants of annexation exist. REPORT OF CITY PLANNING COMMISSION April 9, 1962 The Honorable Common Council City of South Bend South Bend, Indiana Gentlemen: The attached petition of the Common Council to annex to the City of South Bend, Indiana a parcel of land bounded on the west by Linden Road, on the south by Chippewa Avenue and on the east and north by the present City limits, said parcel containing 213 acres, more or less, was legally advertised under date of March 26, 1962 and given public hearing on April 5, 1962. The following action was taken: After due consideration the Commission found that the six determinants of annexation exist. The following action was taken After due consideration the Commission found that the six determinants of annexation 'exist.
