pl- <br />398 <br />COMMITTEE OF THE WHOLE MEETING <br />REGULAR MEETING <br />FEBRUARY 26, 1962 <br />Be it remembered that the Common Council of the City of South Bend, Indiana, met in the Committee of the Whole in <br />the Council Chambers on Monday, February 26, 1962, at 8:03 P.M., with all members present. The meeting was called <br />to order by Councilman,T. W. Lehman, Chairman, who presided. <br />ORDINANCE <br />AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND ORDINANCE NO. 3913 (AS AMENDED) (ELECTRICAL INSPECTION) <br />Councilman Muszynski made a motion that this Ordinance be continued in the Committee of the Whole until the March <br />12th meeting of the Council. Councilman Kroll seconded the motion. Motion carried. <br />ORDINANCE <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 3702, COMMONLY KNOWN AS THE ZONING ORDINANCE <br />OF THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND, INDIANA, AS AMENDED (Fairs, displays, shows and exhibits) <br />This being the time heretofore set for public hearing on the above Ordinance, proponents and opponents were given an <br />opportunity to be heard thereon. Councilman Krueper made a motion that the Ordinance go to the Council as favorable. <br />Councilman Allen seconded the motion. Motion carried. <br />There being no further business to come before the Committee of the Whole, Councilman Muszynski made a motion to <br />adjourn. Councilman Ladewski seconded the motion.
