JOSEPH COUNTY SS: <br />CITY OF SOUTH BEND <br />NOTICE OF CANCELLATION OF SPECIAL MEETING <br />MWI <br />We, the undersigned members of the Common Council, having. heretofore requested a Call.for a Special Meeting of the <br />Common Council at the City Hall at 7 :00 P.M., on the 1st day of February, 1962, for the purpose of acting upon the <br />following: <br />A RESOLUTION APPROVING AN ADDITIONAL TRACT OF LAND AS A PART OF PROPOSED LOW RENT-HOUSING <br />PROJECT IND. 15 -3, WHICH TRACT CONSISTS OF APPROXIMATELY TWO AND ONE -HALF (2 -1/2) ACRES OF <br />LAND LYING SOUTH OF HOWARD STREET AND EAST OF JACOBS STREET IN THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND, <br />INDIANA, <br />herewith request that said Special Call be cancelled and that no meeting be held at that time. <br />Dated this 30th day of January, 1962. <br />ATTEST: <br />/s/ Freda G.
