<br />Gentlemen:
<br />The attached petition of Milton and John Kouroubetis to rezone a strip of land 218 feet north and south by 28 feet
<br />east and west at the northeast corner of Bendix Drive and Crumstown Avenue from "B" Residential Use District to "C"
<br />Commercial Use District and "A" Height and Area District was legally advertised under date of July 24, 1961 and given
<br />public hearing on August 3, 1961. The following action was taken: i
<br />After due consideration the Commission found that due to the minimum depth of the land in question
<br />substantial justice would not be done by the granting of the petition. It was therefore duly moved,
<br />seconded and unanimously carried.that the petition be recommended unfavorably to the Common Council.
