Councilman Muszynski seconded the motion. Motion <br />carried. <br />ORDINANCE <br />AN ORDINANCE FIXING THE TAX LEVY FOR THE YEAR 1962 FOR THE CIVIL CITY OF <br />SOUTH BEND, INDIANA. <br />The Ordinance was given first reading by title and second reading in full. Councilman Krueper made a motion that <br />the Ordinance be set for Public Hearing on August 28, 1961, and that there be legal publication in the South Bend <br />Tribune and the Record on August 4th and August 11, 1961. Councilman Lehman seconded the motion. Motion carried. <br />There being no further business to come before the Council, Councilman Coleman made a motion to adjourn.
