RESOLUTION (continued) <br />I. That all salaried officers and employees of the City shall be paid their salaries for the month of December, <br />1960, on the 20th day of December, 1960. <br />II, The Controller of the City of South Bend is hereby authorized to make said salary payments upon said date. <br />III. This Resolution shall be in full force and effect from and after its adoption by the Common Council and approva <br />by the Mayor. <br />/s/ Chester E. Muszynski <br />Member of the Common Council <br />DATED: November 28, 1960. <br />Councilman Muszynski made a motion for adoption of the Resolution. Councilman Coleman seconded the motion. Motion <br />carried by a roll vote of 7 ayes, 0 nays, 2 absent (Councilmen Allen and Tellson). <br />There being no further business before the Council, Councilman Lehman made a motion to adjourn.
