I i <br />REGULAR MEETING NOVEMBER 14, 1960 <br />Be it remembered that the Common Council of the City of South Bend, Indiana, met in the Committee of the Whole in <br />the Council Chambers, City Hall, Monday, November 14, 1960, at 8:07 P.M., with all members present. The meeting <br />was called to order by Councilman T. W. Lehman, Chairman, who presided. <br />ORDINANCE <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING AND SUPPLEMENTING ZONING ORDINANCE NO. 3702, <br />AS HERETOFORE AMENDED AND SUPPLEMENTED (2806 Lincolnway West) <br />This Ordinance was continued from October 24th, 1960. Councilman Glass made a motion that the Ordinance go to the <br />Council as favorable. Councilman Tellson seconded the motion. Motion carried. <br />ORDINANCE <br />AN ORDINANCE FOR ADDITIONAL APPROPRIATIONS IN THE OFFICE OF THE CITY, <br />CLERK IN THE AMOUNT OF $750.00 <br />This being the time set for public hearing on this Ordinance, proponents and opponents were given and opportunity <br />to be heard thereon. Councilman Kroll made a motion that the Ordinance go to the Council as favorable. Councilman <br />Muszynski seconded the motion. Motion carried. <br />REPORT OF ORDINANCE COMMITTEE <br />To the Common Council of the City of South Bend: <br />Your Committee on Ordinances, to whom was referred AN ORDINANCE TO REGULATE AND CONTROL THE SALE AND USE OF PLASTIC <br />COVERINGS OR BAGS, Respectfully report that they have examined the matter and that in their opinion The Ordinance <br />be.passed as originally introduced without any amendment. <br />November 14, 1960. <br />ORDINANCE <br />/s/ J.
