Motion carried by a roll call vote of 7 ayes, 0 nays, <br />2 absent (Councilmen Glass and Muszynski), the same being a unanimous vote of those members present at said meeting, <br />said number being more than two - thirds of the members elect of said Council. <br />The Ordinance was then given third reading and passed by a roll call vote of 7 ayes, 0 nays, 2 absent (Councilmen <br />Glass and Muszynski), the same being a unanimous vote of those members present at said meeting, said number being <br />more than two - thirds of the members elect of said Council. <br />ORDINANCE NO. 4346 - - -60 <br />AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND SECTIONS 3, 6 and 12 OF ORDINANCE NO. 4321 - - -60, <br />ENTITLED "AN ORDINANCE CONCERNING THE ACQUISITION AND CONSTRUCTION OF <br />EXTENSIONS AND ADDITIONS TO THE WATERWORKS OWNED AND OPERATED BY THE <br />CITY OF SOUTH BEND,, INDIANA, AUTHORIZING THE ISSUANCE OF REVENUE BONDS <br />TO PROVIDE FOR THE COST THEREOF, AND-MATTERS CONNECTED THEREWITH" <br />The Ordinance was given first reading by title and second reading in full. Councilman Coleman made a motion for <br />suspension of rules. Councilman Tellson seconded the motion. Motion carried by a roll call vote of 7 ayes, 0 nays, <br />2 absent (Councilmen Glass and Muszynski), the same being a unanimous vote of those members present at said meeting, <br />said number being more than two- thirds of the members elect of said Council. <br />The Ordinance was then given third reading and passed by a roll call vote of 7 ayes, 0 nays, 2 absent (Councilmen <br />Glass and Muszynski), the same being a unanimous vote of those members present at said meeting, said number being <br />more than two- thirds of the members elect of said Council. <br />There being no further business to be considered at the Special Meeting, Councilman Lehman made a motion to adjourn. <br />Councilman Coleman seconded the motion.
