VViVLLI\ 1V, 17VV coverings or bags" submits the following report: That said ordinance be amended as follows: In paragraph three thereof the words "in red color" be inserted after the word imprinted in the first line of said paragrpah. And that in the same paragraph three the words "if any" be stricken from line five of said third paragraph. That Section III of said ordinance be stricken and the following paragraph substituted therefor: "This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after February 1, 1961." Your committee further recommends that after the amendments mentioned above said Ordinance be favorably recommended to the South Bend Common Council for passage as amended. /s/ J. REPORT OF CITY PLANNING COMMISSION The Honorable Common Council City of South Bend South Bend, Indiana Gentlemen: October 7, 1960 The attached proposed Ordinance originated by the City Planning Commission relative to Section 4 -A of Ordinance No. 3702, (as amended), commonly known as the Zoning Ordinance of the City of South Bend, Indiana was legally adver- tised on September 26, 1960 and given public hearing under date of October 6, 1960. The following action was taken: After due consideration the Commission found that substantial justice would be done by the amendment of Ordinance No. 3702 as proposed in said ordinance. It was therefore duly moved, seconded and unanimously carried that the proposed ordinance be recommended favorably and submitted to the Common Council for adoption.
