And that in the same paragraph three the words "if any" be <br />stricken from line five of said third paragraph. That Section III of said ordinance be stricken and the following <br />paragraph substituted therefor: "This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after February 1, 1961." <br />Your committee further recommends that after the amendments mentioned above said Ordinance be favorably recommended <br />to the South Bend Common Council for passage as amended. <br />/s/ J. The following action was taken: <br />After due consideration the Commission found that substantial justice would be done by the amendment of <br />Ordinance No. 3702 as proposed in said ordinance.
