W. Lehman, <br />ORDINANCE <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE 4148 WHICH AMENDED <br />ORDINANCE 3702, COMMONLY KNOWN AS THE ZONING <br />ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND <br />(335 Logan Street) <br />This being the time set for public hearing on the above Ordinance, proponents and opponents were given an opportunity <br />318 36th Street; Mrs. <br />to be heard. Speaking against the proposed Ordinance Williams, 311 South 36th Street; Mrs. were the following: Myron Mahoney, <br />Mahoney, 318 South 36th Street and <br />Merrill Ramsey, 303 36th Street; Peter <br />Mr. M. B. Smith. Councilman Krueper stated that he had attended the public hearing before the Planning Commission <br />and was of the opinion that Mr. Baker, petitioner, was very vague in his plans for the proposed structure. <br />Councilman Krueper then made a motion that the Ordinance go to the Council as unfavorable. Councilman Coleman <br />seconded the motion.
