SPECIAL MEETING AUGUST 1, 1960 <br />ORDINANCE <br />AN ORDINANCE FIXING THE TAX LEVY FOR THE YEAR 1961 FOR THE CIVIL <br />CITY OF SOUTH BEND, INDIANA <br />231 <br />The Ordinance was given first reading by title and second reading in full. Councilman Coleman made a motion that <br />the Ordinance be set for public hearing on August 8, 1960, and that there be legal publication in the Record and the <br />South Bend Tribune on the 5th and 12th days of August, 1960. Councilman Ladewski seconded the motion. Motion <br />carried. <br />There being no further business to come before the Council, Councilman Lehman made a motion to adjourn.
