Jahnke, also representing the South Bend Civic Planning Association; Mr. Vernor Lane, Buildin€ <br />Commissioner and Mrs. Alden Carpenter, President South Bend League of Women Voters. <br />Councilman Kroll made a motion asking for a five minute recess at 9:23• Councilman Coleman <br />seconded the motion. Motion carried. ' <br />The Committee of the Whole reconvened at 9:35 P.M. <br />Councilman Krueper made a motion to accept the Mayorts recommendation and also moved that the <br />proposed ordinance be amended as read. Councilman Kroll seconded the motion. Motion carried. <br />Councilman Coleman made a motion that the Salary Ordinance go to the Council favorable as amender <br />Councilman Kroll seconded motion. Motion carried. <br />Councilman Kroll moved that the Committee of Whole adjourn. Councilman Coleman seconded the <br />motion.
